Details are brief for the final round of the Swedish F3 Championship, Conny Andersson dominated practice with his Rotel March 753 setting the fastest time in both practice sessions.
Andersson led from the start but then team mate Conny Ljungfeldt in Andersson’s old March 743 took the lead and held it until heavy pressure from Andersson saw him spin into retirement. Andersson was now unchallenged and he led home the GRD’s of rally driver Ingvar Carlsson and Anders Olofsson. F3 newcomer Tommy “Slim” Borgudd had been third spot in the third Rotel March usually driven by Gianni Savoia but a spin resulting in a holed sump saw him retire.
